At Outward Bound, understanding and respecting the diversity of people and culture is a key objective for all our courses. We asked six students from a range of backgrounds to share their stories with you.

Outward Bound recently collaborated with No Duff Charitable Trust to deliver the first course focused specifically on supporting New Zealand Defence Force veterans to transition from military life back to day-to-day civilian living.

This is not a drill! Outward Bound is excited to announce a new partnership with No Duff, a New Zealand veteran support charity. In February 2019, 14 veterans will take part in the inaugural No Duff Outward Bound course.

Say hello to Blake and Huria! An additional 335 students will be able to experience Outward Bound each year with the official opening of a new double watch-house designed by architectural designer and OB alumni Marg Robinson.
